Hello!

Welcome to Becky’s Kitchen Corner! I am so happy to see that you are here today.

My name is Rebekah, but around here I’m known as Becky. I love to be in the kitchen, cooking and baking up a storm. Though, I don’t like cleaning up the storm as much, ha! I have been baking for at least 8 years and have learned so much since! I remember the first thing I ever made by myself was a nice batch of Rice Krispie squares! 

I’m from Pittsburgh and now living in a much sunnier state of North Carolina. I am the youngest of 8 kids and so growing up, I had lots of people to eat up my baked goodies. I have made things of all different dietary restrictions. You name it, I have probably done it! Gluten-free, paleo, keto, sugar-free, and nut-free. It’s been fun experimenting with different ingredients, but also challenging.

 In the daytime, I work as a nanny for my sister and brother-in-law to care for my adorable, silly nephew. I had a lot of spare time between nannying and especially at night. So, I decided I needed to do something productive. I’ve always liked writing, and love baking, so why not combine them? So, that is exactly what I did! This blog won’t only have delicious (usually cheesy) recipes, but also adventurous stories of my baking disaster and successes.
