Easy Back to School Breakfasts

Easy Back to School Breakfasts

As I’m sure you’ve seen, Back to school season has begun! Some schools around here have already started! I won’t understand why schools want to cut the summer short, but just makes me glad I’m not in that stage of life anymore!

Most of these recipes that are listed below are my recipes, except one!

Chocolate chips  Sourdough Waffles:

These are my favorite waffles ever. The base is a delicious vanilla waffle, and they are just perfect with the addition of chocolate chips. I keep a nice stash of them in my freezer!

Strawberry Sourdough Waffles:

These Strawberry Sourdough Waffles are another delicious waffle option. Super easy to make in bulk and make an easy breakfast during the school week.

Easy Cheeseburger Sourdough Pancake:

Another favorite I love to make! I usually make my sourdough pancakes with chicken, but there’s something even more delicious about a cheeseburger in these pancakes.

Easy Orange Raspberry Smoothie:

This makes a great after-school snack, especially in the warm months. It’s packed with delicious fruits, vitamins, and collagen!

Breakfast Burrito:

These breakfast burritos are also great to make in bulk and easy to warm up during the school week. I went through a phase with these cause they were so good! There are many varieties you can do. I ate one probably every day until my stomach decided it didn’t like eggs, so now I can’t eat them. But it really does provide a nutritious and filling breakfast! I found this recipe years ago, and I really like this blogger too.

Let me know your favorite!

~Becky 🙂

Awesome ideas! Breakfast is my favorite and I love having easy options for my while family, to include make ahead things like overnight oats and breakfast burritos!

About Me

Welcome to Becky’s Kitchen Corner! I am so happy to see that you are here today. My name is Rebekah, but around here I’m known as Becky. I love to be in the kitchen, cooking and baking up a storm. Though, I don’t like cleaning up the storm as much, ha!

I’m from Pittsburgh and now living in a much sunnier state of North Carolina. I am the youngest of 8 kids and so growing up, I had lots of people to eat up my baked goodies.

In the daytime, I work as a nanny for my sister and brother-in-law to care for my adorable, silly nephew.
