Recipe Review: Dutch oven Garlic Rosemary Bread

This dutch oven garlic rosemary bread is delicious all-around! It’s perfect for a side with soup, a BLT, or just eating it smothered in butter! It’s full of flavor from the fresh minced garlic and rosemary. This bread is super easy to bake and can be done in just a few hours!

Recipe readability:

This recipe is very easy to read. It has that handy “jump to recipe” button that will bring you right to the recipe card. If you are a beginner, there is lots of helpful information before the recipe card.

Ease of baking

Baking this bread was simple as can be! You will need an oven-proof dutch oven, as that is half of the magic in this recipe!

Flavor

The flavor is perfection! The amount of garlic and rosemary, *chef’s kiss*! It’s all beautifully balanced.

Overall:

10/10 on this delightful bread! I will make this again and again. I did use active yeast instead of instant. It’s all I had on hand. I let it proof with the sugar for about 10 minutes and until it was foamy.

About Me

Welcome to Becky’s Kitchen Corner! I am so happy to see that you are here today. My name is Rebekah, but around here I’m known as Becky. I love to be in the kitchen, cooking and baking up a storm. Though, I don’t like cleaning up the storm as much, ha!

I’m from Pittsburgh and now living in a much sunnier state of North Carolina. I am the youngest of 8 kids and so growing up, I had lots of people to eat up my baked goodies.

In the daytime, I work as a nanny for my sister and brother-in-law to care for my adorable, silly nephew.
