Easy Blueberry Smoothie

Easy Blueberry Smoothie

This Easy Blueberry Smoothie is an amazingly refreshing drink in the hot summer sun. It’s quick, flavorful, and easy! What else do you need in a smoothie? Just a few simple ingredients, blend it up, and boom, you got a delicious smoothie!

Easy Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup Orange juice
  • ⅛ cup Coconut water
  • ¾-1 cup frozen blueberries
  • ¼ frozen banana
  • ⅛ tsp cream of tartar
  • Sprinkle of salt
  • 1 scoop collagen (optional)

Instructions:

Add the liquids, powders, and then the fruit to a blender. I’ve used blender cups for a while, then switched to a bigger blender, and it blends much better. But you can use either.

Blend until all are combined. I like a really thick smoothie, so I’ll usually put the 1 cup of blueberries in, but if you like a less thick smoothie, start with the 3/4th cup.

Pour into a larger glass, take a picture of the beautiful smoothie, and tag me in it! Then find a seat in the sun and drink it up.

Notes:

Freshly pressed orange juice works, or you can get some from the store. But make sure it’s 100% orange juice, with no added sugar. I like to use the brand “Uncle Matt’s.”

You can use any coconut water; I just use my local grocery store’s brand.

About Me

Welcome to Becky’s Kitchen Corner! I am so happy to see that you are here today. My name is Rebekah, but around here I’m known as Becky. I love to be in the kitchen, cooking and baking up a storm. Though, I don’t like cleaning up the storm as much, ha!

I’m from Pittsburgh and now living in a much sunnier state of North Carolina. I am the youngest of 8 kids and so growing up, I had lots of people to eat up my baked goodies.

In the daytime, I work as a nanny for my sister and brother-in-law to care for my adorable, silly nephew.
