Easy Crispy Potato Strings
These Easy Crispy Potato Strings may be the new french fry. Though, probably not, because they have a whole different texture and everything. They are delicious and super quick to make!

Perfect for a side with a burger or a nice little snack. Either way, these are fun to eat.
I thought of this idea one night when I made my scalloped potatoes for dinner. I was using a mandolin and wondered if I could use the spiralizer on potatoes. I tried it, and now we have this recipe!
Enough chatting, now onto the goods!
Ingredients:
- Two golden potatoes
- Drizzle of Avacado Oil
- Sea Salt
- Black Pepper
- Garlic Powder
- Paprika
Instructions:
Wash and peel the potatoes. Set up your spiralizer and spiralize. Add potatoes and everything else to a bowl, and mix until everything is coated.

Set your air-frier to 375 degrees for 15 minutes. At the first 7 minutes, open and toss them around, and continue till cooked and crispy.
Eat right away and enjoy!

Notes:
Try to use taller taters; it’ll easier for the spiralizer to get more out.
Don’t let the potatoes sit in a bowl very long; the water from the taters will seep out.
Enjoy!
